Dedicated Truck Shipping
Our preferred method is to book a dedicated truck, which offers the highest level of reliability and scheduling control, as well as the lowest risk of damage to your cans.

• Box Truck (Smaller Orders): Ideal for shorter pallets (8-layer and 13-layer). A box truck can generally fit up to 10 pallets and is easier to maneuver in tight receiving conditions.
  
  
• Full Sized Truck (Larger Orders): Used for full-sized (16-layer) and higher volume orders, capable of fitting up to 25 pallets.
  
  
• Cost Efficiency: We often consolidate multiple customer orders onto a single truck (Shared Truck) to help reduce the individual freight and handling costs for everyone.

LTL (Less-than-Truckload) Shipping‍

LTL shipping is typically the most affordable option, especially for smaller orders such as half a pallet.

• Considerations: Because the truck is shared with various other goods, LTL shipping carries a slightly increased risk of can damage. Customers must accept this risk. It also requires flexibility from the customer, as accurate pickup and drop-off scheduling can be less reliable than with a dedicated truck.‍

Dunnage Handling‍

Your order will include dunnage (pallets, top frames, and slip sheets) which is not optional for securing the cans.

• No Deposit Required: We do not require a dunnage deposit.
• Return Policy: We ask that dunnage be returned to our warehouse in Galt, CA, within 90 days of delivery.
• Dunnage Fees: Dunnage that is kept past the return period is charged at $50 per pallet, $25 per top frame, and $3.50 per slip sheet.
• Return Freight: If you are unable to arrange return freight, we are happy to do so for you and will invoice only the cost of freight. You can find our dunnage return form and instructions on our website.
